Are these live sessions approved for CE credit?
Yes. All live sessions are approved by NBCC (ACEP #7439) and ASWB ACE (Provider #1945) and accepted by NAADAC. CE certificates are issued immediately after completing the post-session evaluation and knowledge check. Credits are accepted by most U.S. state licensing boards for counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and addiction counselors.
Do I need to attend live to receive CE credit?
Yes. To receive CE credit, you must attend the live session. Attendance is verified during the webinar. Recordings are made available for 48 hours after each session for registered participants who need a review, but CE credit requires live attendance and completion of the post-session evaluation.
What is included in the Unlimited Plus plan?
The Unlimited Plus plan at $129/year includes access to all 24 live sessions on the 2026-2027 schedule plus our full library of 100+ self-paced on-demand CE courses. That is 90.5+ CE hours available from live sessions alone, plus unlimited on-demand hours. If purchased individually, the live sessions alone would total over $1,750.
What is the difference between Unlimited On-Demand and Unlimited Plus?
Unlimited On-Demand ($75/year) includes access to all 100+ self-paced courses in the Therapy Trainings® library. Live sessions are not included. Unlimited Plus ($129/year) includes all self-paced courses plus full access to all 24 live sessions on the schedule. For clinicians who want both formats, Unlimited Plus is the better value.
What technology do I need to join a live session?
You need a device with internet access, a web browser, and either speakers or headphones. A webcam and microphone are not required for attendance, though they are helpful for participating in Q&A. Sessions are held via a standard webinar platform. Connection details are sent by email 24 hours before each session.
What if I cannot make a scheduled session?
Registered participants who cannot attend live may access a recording of the session for 48 hours after the live date. Note that CE credit requires live attendance. If you are unable to attend the live session, you will not receive CE credit, though the recording is available for your professional development. Unlimited Plus subscribers are registered for all sessions automatically.
Do live CE sessions satisfy synchronous CE requirements?
Yes. Live online sessions are synchronous continuing education. Several states distinguish between asynchronous (self-paced) and synchronous (live) CE and may require a portion of CE hours to be completed in a synchronous format. Our live sessions meet synchronous CE requirements where applicable. We recommend verifying requirements with your specific licensing board.
How many CE hours are offered in the 2026-2027 schedule?
The 2026-2027 schedule includes 24 live sessions totaling 90.5 CE hours. Session lengths range from 3 to 6 CE hours. Subjects span ethics, trauma, cultural competency, family systems, HIPAA, telehealth, and evidence-based clinical treatment. Topics are selected to address the CE requirements most commonly mandated by state licensing boards.
Can I get a refund if I register for a session and cannot attend?
Individual session registrations are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. After that, a recording is provided for 48 hours, though CE credit cannot be issued for non-attendees.
