What is included in a group subscription?

Each team member gets unlimited access to all 100+ on-demand CE courses for a full year. This includes ethics, clinical skills, specialty topics, and instant certificate downloads.

Can we add team members later?

Yes! You can add new clinicians to your group at any time. We will prorate their subscription to match your team renewal date.

How do we track team progress?

Each clinician has their own account with individual progress tracking. We can also provide periodic reports on team completion rates upon request.

Are your courses approved for all license types?

Our courses are approved by NBCC, ASWB ACE, and NAADAC, covering LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and addiction counselors in most states. Our courses are also eligible for most case managers, peer support specialists, and other support staff. Check your state specific requirements on our CE Requirements page.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes, we accept invoices and purchase orders for organizations. Just note this in your quote request and we will accommodate your billing needs.

What if someone leaves our organization?

Licenses are transferable within your organization. If someone leaves, you can reassign their access to a new team member.
