1. Terms and Conditions
Therapy Trainings® provides online educational content for mental health professionals and related fields.
Users agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials

Governing Law: These Terms and all related policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Payment and subscription details
Course completion and certificate records
Technical and usage data
We do not sell personal information.

6. Content Moderation Policy
Content may be reviewed using automated or human moderation.
Violations may result in:
Content removal
Account warnings
Suspension or termination
Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of enforcement action.
7. Data Retention Policy
CE records and certificates: minimum 7 years
Payment records: minimum 7 years
Support communications: minimum 3 years
Deletion requests are subject to regulatory and accreditation obligations.
8. Intellectual Property Rights Policy
All platform content is owned by Therapy Trainings® or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Continuing Education Credits Policy
CE credits are awarded upon:
Full course completion
Passing required assessments
Completion of evaluations
Credits are not automatically reported to licensing boards unless explicitly stated.
10. Dispute Resolution Policy

Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Wyoming law.
Class actions are waived where permitted by law.
11. Policy Updates and Notification Procedure
Policies may be updated periodically.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Age & Eligibility Policy
The platform is 18 years of age or older only.
Accounts created by minors will be terminated without refund.

Violations may result in immediate termination.
14. Trainer and Instructor Policy
Instructors must meet applicable education, experience, and ethical standards.
Therapy Trainings® reserves the right to remove instructors or content at its discretion.
15. Limits of Liability
All content, including AI tools, is provided for educational purposes only.
Therapy Trainings® is not liable for clinical, legal, or professional outcomes.
Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid by the user.
16. Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
Where applicable, Therapy Trainings® acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA.
Users must not upload PHI into courses, forums, uploads, or AI tools unless explicitly authorized.
17. Data Security Policy
Security measures include encryption, access controls, and monitoring.
Users will be notified of reportable data breaches as required by law.
18. Compliance Policy
Therapy Trainings® maintains compliance with applicable laws, accreditation standards, and professional requirements.
19. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on:
Course access level
Time since purchase
Whether CE credits have been issued
No refunds are issued after CE credits are awarded.
20. Professional Ethics and Responsibility Policy
Users must adhere to applicable professional ethical codes (ACA, APA, NASW, AAMFT, etc.).
21. Clinical Content Disclaimer
Content is educational only and does not constitute clinical advice or create a provider-client relationship.
22. Supervision and Consultation Policy
Platform discussions are not substitutes for formal supervision or consultation.
23. Telehealth Training Policy
Telehealth content is general in nature.
Users are responsible for jurisdiction-specific compliance.
24. Research and Publication Policy
Course materials may not be reproduced or published without written permission.

Users are automatically subscribed to email communications upon account creation.

Required transactional communications
Educational updates
Marketing and promotional messages
Users may unsubscribe from marketing emails via account settings.
Transactional emails cannot be disabled.
29. Account Suspension & Termination Policy
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or policy violations.
No refunds are issued for termination for cause.
Certificate access may be revoked.
Appeals must be submitted within 7 days.
30. Billing, Failed Payments & Chargebacks Policy
Failed payments result in immediate access restriction.
Chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
31. AI Tools Acceptable Use & Disclaimer Policy
AI tools are for educational use only.
Users may not input PHI or identifiable client data.
AI outputs are not clinical advice and must be independently evaluated.
32. Certificates, Records & Re-Issuance Policy
Users retain indefinite access to earned certificates, even after cancellation, unless terminated for cause.
